Vegan store-bought bread can be pricey….this type of bread , that I usually see at the grocery store, is $5.00 and up a loaf ! Most of these loaves are small as well. My daughter Stephanie , found this great recipe that she has made over and over again. My daughter is vegan so this bread is one of her favorites.

4 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp. sea salt
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. yeast
2 Tbsp. coconut oil (warmed in microwave to liquid form)
14 ounces water
In bowl, pour flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Stir until combined.
Create hole in middle and add water. Now add oil. stir until a tacky dough forms.
Knead dough for 10 minutes on floured surface.
Place in to oiled bowl and let sit for 1 hour.
Punch dough down and knead for a few more minutes so the air releases.
Place into lightly greased loaf pan.
Bake 350 F oven for 35-45 minutes.
